Returns Window You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
Eligible for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoes, bags, and accessories should show no signs of wear (no scuffs, marks, or odors).
- We accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color, or if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” or discounted 50%+).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Underwear, swimwear, beauty products, or hygiene items (for health reasons).
- Gift cards or digital products.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair (subject to availability). In the UK and EU, you have additional statutory rights for faulty goods up to 2 years from delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Log into your SnazzyTwist account or use the order confirmation email to start a return request.
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- Print your prepaid return label (provided via email for most USA/UK returns) or use your own tracked shipping method.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/tags.
- Drop off at your local post office or courier (keep proof of postage).
Return Shipping
- USA & UK: We provide a prepaid label for most returns (change of mind or faulty).
- International: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/damaged (we’ll reimburse reasonable costs).
- We recommend tracked shipping—SnazzyTwist is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (processing can take up to 14 days depending on your bank/card issuer).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect item).
- Sale items (non-final sale) are refunded at the sale price paid.
- Exchanges: If exchanging for a different item, we’ll cover the cost difference if applicable (or issue store credit for overages).
